Imperial House of Bradley is an Interdependent Sovereign Entity. Currently, the Imperial House of Bradley and its related families are represented here as a "Hereditary De Jure Empire" in exile since 1806AD.  And reclaimed and reorganized the Holy Roman Empire and renamed it the "Holy Christian Empire" by the Imperial House of Fornbacher de Austria after it was resigned on 6 August 1806 when the last Holy Roman Emperor Francis II of the House of Habsburg-Lorraine, resigned his title and released all imperial states and officials that was under Napoleonic Threats; And the Imperial House of Fornbacher de Austria has maintained it constantly from that day till the Imperial House of Bradley came to inherit it by a Cognatic kinship which is a mode of descent calculated from an ancestor counted through any combination of male and female lines, or a system of bilateral kinship where relations are traced through both a father and mother. Such relatives may be known as cognates. But with full legal sovereign status as established by its Declaration of Sovereignty. Currently, the Imperial House of Bradley is Head of a de Jure Empire since 1806AD.

New Constitution:
His Imperial and Royal Majesty King (H.I.& R.M. Carl R. Bradley (“By right”) is a Monarch that has issued the New Constitutional Law of Succession), and a New Constitution and reestablished "New Imperial, Royal and Noble ranks and titles and Imperial Orders". The Divine Right of kings, Divine Right, or God's mandation is a "political and religious doctrine of political legitimacy of a monarchy". It stems from a specific metaphysical framework in which a monarch is, before birth, pre-ordained to inherit the crown. According to this theory of political legitimacy, the subjects of the crown have actively (and not merely passively) turned over the metaphysical selection of the king's soul – which will inhabit the body and rule them – to God. In this way, the "Divine Right" originates as a metaphysical act of humility and/or submission towards God".  Divine right has been a key element of the legitimization of many absolute monarchies.  As it is now the Imperial House of Bradley, Empire, and all other holdings. All the descendants as so stated here: Children of the sovereign, and the grandchildren of the Heir only as well as the H.S.H. Prince of Lubomirski's children and Descendents were allowed to hold Princely, Archducal, and Ducal titles That came out of or from the Fornbacher de Austria and now Bradley lines. (We are an interdependent sovereign entity that has chosen the Imperial House of Bradley - as its base name due to the verifiable historical documentation we hold, as the Sovereign to the Holy Christian Empire)! Also, H.I.& R.M. Carl the King (“By right”), has by Letters Patent mandates that "NO PAPAL BULL" (- is a type of public decree, letters patent, or charter issued by a pope of the Catholic Church) could be published in his dominions without his consent (placetum regium)!

Habsburg Law:
Habsburg Banishment Austria had passed the "Habsburg Law," which both dethroned the Habsburgs and banished all Habsburgs from Austrian territory!
While Karl was banned from ever returning to Austria again, "other Habsburgs could return if they gave up all claims to the defunct throne".
1) Otto von Habsburg (1922–2007) the Austrian parliament had officially expelled the Habsburg dynasty and confiscated all the official property via the Habsburg Law of 3 April 1919.
Charles was banned from ever returning to Austria again, "while Otto and other male members could return only if they renounced all claims to the throne and accepted the status of private citizens"
- He gave up all claims.
2) Karl von Habsburg (1961–present) - He gave up all claims; As a citizen of the Republic of Austria, his legal name is Karl Habsburg-Lothringen.
3) Prince Lorenz, Archduke of Austria-Este (1955–Present) - He gave up all claims, his legal name is Lorenz Habsburg-Este.
4) Archduke Robert, Archduke of Austria-Este (1917–1996)- He gave up all claims, his legal name is Robert Habsburg-Este.
* The House of Fornbacher de Austria has the right to claim what its cousins forfeited. And has laid claim!
-Their Parent House - was of the Luitpoldings: - Counts of Formbach / Wels-Lambach / Pitten / Vormbach / Vornbach / Fornbacher  von Tyrol / Fornbacher von Villingen / Fornbacher de Austria / Fornbacher von Bavaria von Wittlesbach / House of Fornbacher de Austria as Holy Roman Emperors (intermittently from 962 until 1806 when it was resigned; and then Claimed and Reorganized on 23rd of December 1806 by House of Fornbacher de Austria.
~ HI&RM Carl Raymond Bradley, the King (“By right”) had re-organized and re-named all of his hereditary holdings as the Imperial House of Bradley; and the Holy Roman Empire as the Holy Christian Empire on March 15th 2024 and are held separate and as part of the Imperial House of Bradley, and Roman-German kings, Rulers of Austria and Hungary (as dukes from 1002 until 1453; as Archdukes from 1453 and as Kaisers from 1484 until 1919.

~ 4th of Feb 1954 - 14th of JUNE 2008 by his eldest son H.I.& R.M. Ernest Andrew Matthew Fornbacher.
~ 14th of Jun 2008 - 15th March 2024 As House of Fornbacher De Austria by Ernest's youngest daughter.

~ 15th March 2024 @ 6:45pm - currently by her son H.I.& R.M. Carl Raymond Bradley who then reorganized and renamed all of his hereditary holdings as the "Imperial House of Bradley" and the Holy Roman Empire as the "Holy Christian Empire".
Note:
His Majesty's father H.M.S.& R.H. Gerald Paul Bradley is still head of the Princely House of O'Brolchain / Bradley as "The O'Brolchain", Prince of Holy Roman Empire Hereditary. But also, the fourth in line of descent from the line of Suibne Menn the High King of Ireland whose grandson was Brolchain and was head of the Cenél Fearadhaigh.
~Also, this House is separate from the Imperial House of Bradley until his majesty comes to claim it by hereditary right.
~ The Empire is now "separated" from the Papal reigns and "NOT" under Papal Authority!
~ It is an Independent "TRUE" Christian Religion that governs the House and Holy Christian Empire. 
~ HI&RM Christopher Förnbacher de Austria Kaiser and König "by right" moved with his family to the United States of America and "NEVER" forfeited his rights under pressure or "NEVER" Resigned or Abdicated his claims or birthrights not even at his death in 1921!
~The then Fornbacher de Austria House continued with its recognition and use of all titles and all claims!
~ At which time the House was renamed on the 14th of JUNE 2008 as the "Imperial House of Fornbacher".
As the last surviving senior member of the Fornbacher family able to inherit as Kaiserin - Königin (“By right”) of the Holy Roman Empire & then she elected to rename the Dynastic House as it would then pass by name to her son and heir as the Imperial House of Bradley!
~ Her son still continues to lay claim to all titles and recognition and "NEVER" forfeited his rights under pressure or by his Hereditary Claim he "NEVER" Resigned or Abdicated his claims or birthrights.
H.I.& R.M. King Carl Bradley is now head of the new Imperial House of Bradley and came to power on the 15th of March 2024 @ 6:45pm after the death of his mother, he assumed the control of the empire by constitutional laws. His imperial majesty also wrote a new Constitution, new Constitutional Laws of Succession, new Titles and Ranking Order!
H.I.& R.M. Carl, of the Imperial House of Bradley now exercises his sovereign authority (“By right”) in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution and legislation of his Privy Council. He represents the empire with respect to foreign powers. Total or partial review of the Constitution is subject to agreement by the King and the Privy Council, and the Imperial Council known as Parliament which is made up of four - (4) bodies of individuals known as the:
1) House of Noble's (60) and also, it's Speaker (1) one.
2) House of Judges which has (18) and the Senior Judge (1) one.
3) And the Privy Council (12) ~And it's Lord of the Privy Seal. 
4) Imperial Court.
Legislature is exclusively between the King - who initiates laws and the Imperial Council known as the House of Noble's, and the House of Judges, -that reviews them for legal correctness. Executive power is under the supreme authority of the King, and the "Empire" is governed by the King, who is in turn assisted by the Imperial Privy Council!
Imperial Privy Council is responsible to the King for the administration of policies set by the King.
In law, final judicial power is held by the King.
The present Constitution states that the King (may) delegate full exercise of these laws and enforcement powers to the Courts and Tribunals that can dispense justice in His name for a specific period of time as defined by Decree and / or Temporary Letters made Patent for a defined time frame!
